Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. 

If you're not from the above locations but would like to give us a try, reach out to us via instagram @dzagedesigns and we can work out a special arrangement

Do you offer free shipping service?

We offer free shipping for all countries we ship to and they have their respective requirement. Once your order amount exceeds the requirement, our website will automatically apply the free shipping to your order.

Hong Kong - For orders over HK$300
Macau - For orders over HK$300
Taiwan - For orders over NT.1700
Singapore - For orders over S$100
United Kingdom - For orders over GBP£100

What if I don't meet the free shipping amount?

If your order does not exceed the free shipping requirement, then a fixed shipping fee will be added to your order at the checkout page.

Macau - Fixed shipping fee HK$53
Taiwan - Fixed shipping fee NT.250
Singapore - Fixed shipping fee S$10
United Kingdom - Fixed shipping fee £20

What if my items are extra bulky or heavy?

Don't worry! As long as your order amount exceeds the free shipping requirement, we will cover all delivery fees.

How fast do you ship out orders?

We ensure over 98% of our items are in-stock and ready to be shipped out immediately, so you get to try them on as soon as possible!

Usually, we will finish processing and fulfilling and order in 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time for different regions vary due to the distance and logistics provider. However, we try our best to opt for the fastest and most efficient option.

For Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, we use SF Express.
For Singapore, we use Janio.
For United Kingdom, we use Hong Kong Post.

Macau - 1-2 Business Days
Taiwan - 3-4 Business Days
Singapore - 5-7 Business Days
United Kingdom - 5-10 Business Days

Are there taxes, customs, and duties?

Please not that as taxes, customs, and duties vary from country to country and fluctuate over time, these fees will not be prepaid and borne by us.

What if my order contains pre-orders?

If your order consists of a pre-order item, we may dispatch available item(s) to you first. In this case, we will bear the additional shipping fees incurred. We would arrange this when there are at least 3 other items in your order that is in-stock.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a "Order Fulfillment Confirmation" email with the tracking number included.

Simply open up the email and click on the tracking number to be redirected to the respective order tracking page where you can see the status of your parcel.

Can I edit or update my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we are happy to assist you in changing the style, size, or delivery address of your items. If this is the case, please immediately contact our customer care via email at info@dzage.com, through our Instagram @dzagedesigns, or via WhatsApp at +852 9708 2759.

For orders that have already been dispatched, amendments are not permitted, except for changes to the delivery address. Please note that any additional shipping fees incurred by the delivery address change will not be borne by us.

Moreover, additional discounts, store credits, or gift cards cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order before the parcel is dispatched; however, please note that a a 5% non-refundable fee will be deducted from the original order total.

This fee covers transaction costs associated with the initial order, including credit card processing fees, platform payment fees, and exchange rate adjustments.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Instead, customers may return the parcel to our address with delivery fee paid by the sender and processed as a regular return.

What if I haven't received my order?

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order after it has been placed.
If it has been 3 days and you still haven't received any news about your order, please contact us via Instagram @dzagedesigns and we'll be happy to help!

I'm out of town, can you dispatch at a later date?

Of course! If you have any special dispatch requests, please contact us and we'll try our best to help acommodate to your needs.

Can you send it to SF Locker / Locations?

Of course! We ship to all SF locations throughout Hong Kong and Macau. Just input the address at the checkout and we'll arrange accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return the items?

For all locations, we offer 7-day money-back returns from the date the date the item(s) has been received.

Can I exchange the items?

We offer size and style exchanges for Hong Kong & Macau customers. Also, we will cover both the back-and-forth delivery fees. Simply fill in the exchange form and ship the items to our address "Paid at arrival".

How will I receive the refund payment?

Once your return has been processed, we will refund you via the original payment method with which you placed your initial order in. For example, if you placed your order with a Mastercard, we will refund you via the Mastercard.

What item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged?

Item's with an asterisk * in the title under the Archive Sale are excluded.

How can I request a return or exchange?

Please simply fill in the Return & Exchange form that arrived in your order and ship it back to us with the items you would like to return via SF Express. Once the item's have returned to our warehouse, we aim to process the refund / exchange within 3-5 business days.

For refunds, the returning shipping fee is non-refundable, so please ship it back "Paid At Dispatch". For exchanges, please ship your returning items back to us "Paid At Arrival".

Where can I find the return and exchange form?

We will ship the return and exchange form in your parcel with the items you have purchased. If you can't find it, please click here to download and fill in.

What is the return and exchange requirement?

Please ensure returned items are in their original condition with no damages or stains, and with all tags intact. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange or refund request.

How much is the refund amount?

The refunded amount will be the same as the final price you've paid for the items, however:‎

If refunding an item(s) led to the initial order no longer meeting the minimum spending requirement for a promotion it had enjoyed, then the enjoyed promotion will also be deduced from the refundable amount.‎

For example, lets say there was a “Buy 3 items for extra 10% off” promotion. You've purchased 3 items, then later decided to return 1 item. In this case, the remaining 2 items will no longer enjoy 10% off. ‎The difference between the initial checkout amount and the price of the remaining items will be refunded back to your original payment method.‎

This is applicable to any promotion that features a minimum spending requirement including but not limited to “Free Shipping”, and “Buy 3 Items Get 10% Off”.

Difference in value when exchanging?

You are welcome to exchange your item for more items than you originally returned, as long as the new items are available in our online store.

If you choose to exchange your returned item for one or more items with a higher total value, we will assist you in creating a separate order to pay for the additional amount.

If the total value of the exchanged item(s) is lower than the item(s) you returned, please note that the difference is non-refundable.

Promotion & Sales

How do I get a discount?

The discount is automatically applied at checkout; no code or login is required. Just add your pieces to your cart and see the discount apply!

Can I add other discount codes?

During our current promotion, only the discount that is automatically applied at checkout works.

You don't need to use any code; just add your items to the cart, and you'll see the discount applied there. This ensures you get the best possible deal during our biggest sale of the year!

Can I use my store credits with the discount?

If you have store credits from your D+ Rewards, you can add them on top of the enjoyed discount.

Can I return or exchange my pieces during the promotion?

Of course! At D'zage we offer a no questions asked return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your items 7 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging.

Should you return an item and the remaining value of the order falls below the free shipping threshold, free shipping will no longer be valid.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple ways to pay for your items and accept most common credit cards and local payment gateways. To see the accepted payment methods in your country; simply go to checkout, add your address and all relevant options will appear.

We also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS, and Alipay.

Do I have to pay any payment fees?

Don't worry, we will cover all transaction fees regardless of what payment method you use! Just use whichever option that is most convenient for you

D+ Loyalty Rewards

Does D'zage have a loyalty club?

Yes we do! With our Loyalty Club, offer store credits for every order you place, feedback you leave, and by following us on Instagram! Check it out here.

How does the D+ Loyalty Rewards work?

Join the D'zage club and start collecting points by placing orders and leaving your feedback. You can redeem the store credits in your next order.

For every purchase, you can get 3% Rebate as store credits. Moreover, you can get HK$10 store credits for every review you leave us after placing an order.

How do I join D+ Loyalty Rewards?

It’s simple: create an account here or directly place an order and you’ll be part of the D'zage Rewards. You can start earning points on your first order

Can I use my store credits with discounts?

Of course! We want to make sure our most loyal customers get the best deals. Simply enter the store credit code in the checkout field to enjoy even bigger savings.

Is there an expiration date for my points?

All points have an valid period of 6 months. After 6 months, all points will be removed from our system.
If you have points that have just expired you would like to recover, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try help you out.

Refunded Amount

The refunded amount will be the same as the final price paid for the item, but:

If returning the item(s) would result in the initial order not meeting a promotions minimum spending requirement, the enjoyed discount will also be deducted from the refundable amount.‎ For example, if we currently have the “Buy 2 Items Get 20% Off” and “Buy 3 Items Get 30% Off” promotions, and you've purchased 3 items and enjoyed 30% off, then later decided to return 1 item, the remaining items will no longer enjoy 30% off, and we will instead offer you the next best promotion being 20% off.‎ 

The difference between the “initial checkout amount” and the “remaining items with the next best promotion applied” will be refunded back to your original payment method.‎ This is applicable to any promotion that features a minimum spending requirement including but not limited to “Free Shipping”, “Buy 2 Items Get 20% Off”, and “Buy 3 Items Get 30% Off”.

Moreover, shipping costs associated with returns are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that clearance items on sale are non-refundable. For ease of identification, an asterisk (*) has been added to the title for non-refundable items. All other items on our site which does not include an asterisk (*) are elligible for returns.
