Delivery and Shipping

How much is shipping?

We provide both SF lockers, and door-to-door delivery services.

Upon spending > $300 HKD, we provide FREE shipping across Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regardless of the chosen delivery service.

If the $300 threshold is not met, an additional delivery of $25 HKD will be required to any SF locker, and $30 HKD to your door.


When will my order arrive?

As our stores products are all in-stock, we will dispatch your order on the next working day, and will be expected to arrive at your door the day after via SF Express. ( There may be exceptions on public holidays. ) For example, if you place order over the weekends, we will aim to dispatch your order on Monday, and you'll receive it on Tuesday. Under all circumstances, your order will be sent out within 3 working days maximum.  

Where do you ship? 

Currently, we only ship to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. However, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team via our Instagram @dzageofficial if you have any delivery requests!


Where can I check my Delivery Status?

Simply navigate to the 'Accounts' page of our website and log in. Upon clicking into 'Your Account', you should be able to see your order and its order status.

[ Unfulfilled ] means that your order has been packed and is awaiting delivery.

[ Fulfilled ] means that your order has been handed over to the courier services and is on its way to your location.


Exchange and Returns

What is the time-limit for Exchange and Returns?

We provide a 7-day exchange and return policy for all orders. These 7 days will start counting once your order has been delivered.


What is your Exchange Policy

We offer FREE exchange for ALL item purchases, where both back-and-forth delivery fees will be on us! You can exchange both size and style, so if the item you ordered does not fit you well or you'd want to change it for another style, thats not a problem! Please note that only one exchange trip will be free per order.

For example, if you purchase 5 items and would like to exchange 3 items for size changes, you can send us the 3 items, and we will send you 3 new ones in the right size for free. However, the delivery fees for following exchanges will not be covered.. Each subsequent exchange will have an additional fee of $30 for delivery.

What is your Return Policy?

We can arrange Returns for all item purchases, however the associated shipping fee back to us will not be covered by us.

Upon receiving your return, we will organise an inspection to ensure the items are in its original condition. Once qualified, we will immediately refund the returned items final purchase price via the original payment method. Once receiving your return, we will refund you within 2 working days.

Requirement for Exchange and Return

Please ensure that the merchandise sent back to us is in its original condition. The merchandise should not be washed, visibly altered, or damaged. For instance, all items should be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, pin marks. Merchandise should be returned to us with its original packaging with its original tags attached.
