Shipping and Delivery
We provide FREE shipping across Hong Kong regardless of the size of your checkout.
Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 5 business days* after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 7 business days. (Actual delivery time may vary)
Currently, we primarily ship to Hong Kong, however if you have any enquiries about shipping Overseas and to Mainland China, please contact our Customer Care Team!
The courier service used may vary from order to order to give you the most efficient and seamless delivery experience regardless of your parcels weight and size.
Please kindly input your phone number and email at the checkout to receive our email which will notify you when your order has been confirmed, dispatched, and delivered.
All deliveries will require a signature at its arrival to your shipping address, so please ensure there is a personnel that can sign on your behalf when parcels arrives.
All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only for commercial address).
Returns and Refunds
A Hassle-Free Return: Return Steps
Your convenience is our utmost priority. Simply scan the QR code on the back of the thank you card which came with your parcel. This QR code will link you to a return form for you to fill in.
After filling in and submitting the return form, our Customer Care Team will contact you and process your return as soon as possible. Our Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Please note that the information within the return form will be completely confidential and it will be used for the sole purpose of identifying your order.
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are more than willing to accept any returns. Please keep in mind that:
We will only accept returns within 7 days from when the parcel has arrived and signed at your designated shipping address.
You can carry out the return in 3 simple steps:
- simply scan the QR code on the back of the thank you card which arrived with your D’Zage Merchandise, and fill in the return form.
- Our Customer Care team contact you and advise you to contact a courier company of your choice to have the products returned to us within the 7 day period.
- Don't worry, the Delivery costs associated with returning your product will be fully compensated to you with our in-store credit.
If you try to make a return beyond the 7-day period, your return will be automatically unsuccessful.
In the case your return is unsuccessful, we can send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If you request a refund for an item within 7 days but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team - but any refund will be at our discretion.
Returned merchandise may be refused if it is not in its original condition. This is determined by all the following:
- Merchandise should not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Merchandise should be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, pin marks
- Merchandise should be returned to us with its original packaging with its original tags attached.
If the above conditions are not met:
- If your returned merchandise does not pass the inspection, we will notify you via email and why it was unsuccessful. We can ship the merchandise back to you, however shipping fees will be paid at its arrival.
Once your returned product(s) has arrived with us, we aim to inspect the returned merchandise and refund you within 7 working days.
We will email you as soon as your refund has been processed.
If we have not emailed you about the return of your merchandise and you suspect that your return may have been mis-shipped, please get in contact with our Customer Care team here.
We do not offer an exchange service on returned items, in order to give you a hassle-free shopping experience. Instead, all returned items will be refunded where you have the freedom to purchase on any item from our website!
