THINGS TO NOTE

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

Exceptions to our standard dispatch time may apply to pre-order items which features a “Pre-Order Now” button on the product page, containing the respective dispatch time. In any case, dispatch times will not exceed 10 working days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY D’ZAGE ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order #xxxxx Has Been Dispatched", containing your tracking number.

Alternatively, you can navigate to our websites’ “Track your order” page and insert your email and order number to track your order.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN’T UPDATED?

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours; however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED, OR ONLY SOME OF MY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you're missing an item, your order is damaged, or you've received a wrong item/order, please contact us with the following information and our Customer Support team will get it sorted immediately;

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item).

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER

Unfortunately, we can only make certain changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout before your order is dispatched, this includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order

The following information cannot be changed:

  • Removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

However, there is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order either in your confirmation email, or in your account section, and hitting the 'Cancel Order' button.

Once this time has passed the order can't be cancelled, however you can return/exchange the items once delivered.


I THINK MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER

Sadly, we can't change an address with the courier once the order is placed, however it may be possible to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please wait until you receive your tracking email so you can provide the courier with the tracking number and they may be able to amend this for you.

If your order has shipped, please contact the courier directly ASAP as they may be able to help.

Important to know... If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing or for additional delivery fees, meaning we're not liable to refund/replace this order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY

Items are eligible for refunds within 7 days of you receiving the item.

Once the return has been processed, the refunded amount will be transferred to the original payment method. If the order was placed via credit card, your month end statement will indicate that the original payment has been cancelled instead.

We currently do not cover the return delivery fee for any refunds; however, we cover both the back and-forth delivery fees for exchanges (applicable to customers in Hong Kong & Macao only). If the item is returned to our address “Paid At Arrival”, we may deduct the return delivery fee from the refunded amount.

REFUNDED AMOUNT (WITH EXAMPLE)

The refunded amount will be the same as the final price paid for the item, but:

If returning the item(s) would result in the initial order not meeting a promotions minimum spending requirement, the enjoyed discount will also be deducted from the refundable amount.

For example, we currently have the “Buy 4 Items Get 15% Off” and “Buy 5 Items Get 20% Off” promotions. If you purchased 5 items and enjoyed 20% off, then later decided to return 1 item, the remaining items will no longer get to enjoy 20% off, and we will instead offer you the next best promotion being 15% off.

The difference between the “initial checkout amount” and the “remaining items with the next best promotion” will be refunded back to your original payment method.

This is applicable to any promotion that features a minimum spending requirement including “Free Shipping” , “Buy 3 Items Get 10% Off”, “Buy 4 Items Get 15% Off”, and “Buy 5 Items Get 20% Off”.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We have inserted a Return Form inside your orders parcel. Simply fill in the Return form with information of the items you would like to return, then mail it with the items you would like to return to our respective distribution centers.

For customers in Hong Kong and Macao, please mail the return item to:

For customers in Singapore,

RETURN TIMES

Hong Kong: it can take up to 2 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.

Macao: it can take up to 2 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.

Singapore: it can take up to 21 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.

  • It can then take up to a further 5 working days from the date we receive your returned items for your order to be refunded due to banking delays.

REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNING ITEMS

Please ensure the returned clothing is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with its hangtag in place. If the clothing has been damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange request.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY

Each order to Hong Kong & Macao is eligible to 1 free exchange where we will cover both the back-and-forth delivery fees to and from our Hong Kong warehouse address. Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged items within your order can no longer be refunded.

If you would like subsequent exchanges can be arranged for your exchanged items, however the additional back-and forth delivery fees will not be covered by us.

Customers can choose to exchange their returned item for any item or size that is currently available on our website.

CAN I ADD ITEM(S) DURING THIS EXCHANGE

Sure, you can exchange an item for multiple items, or multiple items for an item. Simply fill in the Return & Exchange Form.

DIFFERENCE IN PRICE

If the new exchanged items price is less than the original item, there will be no reimbursement for the difference in price. If the new exchanged items' price is more than the original item, we may charge you for the price difference to process the exchange.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?

We have inserted a Return & Exchange Form inside your orders parcel. Simply fill in the Return & Exchange Form with:

  • The items you would like to return
  • What items you would like to exchange for

Then mail it with the items you would like to return/exchange to:

We would advise you to use SF Express as the courier for the return delivery, please remember to mark it as “paid at arrival” and we will cover the associated delivery fee.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

For both Hong Kong & Macao, it can take up to 2 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse. It can then take up to a further 5 working days from the date we receive your returned items for your exchange to be dispatched.

D’ZAGE REWARDS STORE CREDITS

As our membership plan, all customers are eligible to join as soon as you create an account on our website. You can earn store credits from referring your friends and family, and by writing a review on products that you have purchased.

To see how much store credits you have, please log-in to your account, then navigate to the “d’zage wallet” button that is located at the bottom left corner of our website.

Store credits can be used with any other discount by simply pasting your credit wallet code in the “discount code bar” at the checkout.

GIFT CARDS

Each individual gift card comes with a “gift card code” which will be emailed to you as soon as you’ve purchased or gifted it to a friend. Simply insert the “gift card code” at the checkout to use.

Gift cards can be used with any discounts on our website.

If you have a discount code, simply feel free to input the code into the "discount code" field when checking out.

Please note that only 1 discount code can be used per order. As such, all promotions' requirements have been adjusted accordingly to this limitation.
