Order Dispatch

Hong Kong / Macau
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over HKD350. For orders under HKD350, a fixed delivery fee of HKD30 will be charged for the delivery. The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days, If your order contains a pre-order item, the delivery time may differ but not longer than 10 business days. We will deliver your order via S.F. Express.

Singapore –
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders over S$60, excluding e-gift cards. For orders under S$60, a fixed delivery fee of S$10 will be charged for the delivery. The usual delivery time is 5-7 working days. We will deliver your order by Janio.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.You will then receive an email with the tracking number provided.
Any changes and cancellations are NOT accepted once an order has been placed. A discount code CANNOT be applied after you have placed an order.

If you have ordered more than one item, and any of them is a pre-ordered item, we may dispatch the in-stock items to you first. The pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you on the estimated delivery date shown on the product page. In this situation, additional delivery fees will be covered by us

Return and Exchange


We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item. Products can only be refunded or exchanged provided they have been unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags intact.

For Exchanges, we will cover both the back-and-forth delivery fees. So feel free to try our pieces at home!

If you want to return or exchange an item. Then, ship the form with the item(s) you would like to return/exchange back to us via SF Express or Janio. 


Singapore
Returns Only

We offer returns within 7 days of you receiving your item. Products can only be refunded provided they have been unworn or unused, and in their original selling conditions with all tags intact.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill in the return & exchange here. Once completed, we will arrange a pick-up at your delivery address.


Refunded Amount

The refunded amount will be the same as the final price paid for the item, but:

If returning the item(s) would result in the initial order not meeting a promotions minimum spending requirement, the enjoyed discount will also be deducted from the refundable amount.‎ For example, if we currently have the “Buy 2 Items Get 20% Off” and “Buy 3 Items Get 30% Off” promotions, and you've purchased 3 items and enjoyed 30% off, then later decided to return 1 item, the remaining items will no longer enjoy 30% off, and we will instead offer you the next best promotion being 20% off.‎ 

The difference between the “initial checkout amount” and the “remaining items with the next best promotion applied” will be refunded back to your original payment method.‎ This is applicable to any promotion that features a minimum spending requirement including but not limited to “Free Shipping”, “Buy 2 Items Get 20% Off”, and “Buy 3 Items Get 30% Off”.

Moreover, shipping costs associated with returns are non-refundable.
