Shipping and Delivery Fees

  • Currently, we primarily ship within Hong Kong, however if you have any enquiries about shipping Overseas and to Mainland China, please contact our Customer Care Team with contact information here !

  • Also, we do have plans to officially expand overseas in the future so do sign up to our newsletter to get our latest updates! You can easily sign up by clicking here and simply your email!

  • As we mainly ship locally within Hong Kong, there will be no taxes or import duties for you to worry about!
  • If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and we will try our best to sort it out for you! You can find the contact to our Customer Care here.
  • Sadly, we do not provide this service as we want to ensure the package gets safely delivered to you and that you would not have to experience your package being lost.
  • Therefore, all our parcels would require a signature at its arrival to your shipping address so please ensure that there is a personnel that can sign on your behalf for when the parcel arrives.
  • As we want to give you the most efficient and seamless delivery experience regardless of your parcels weight and size, the courier we use may differ from order to order. This implies that we may not always have a tracking number with your order.
  • Therefore, we highly suggest you to kindly input your phone number and email at the checkout so we can send you text and email notifications regarding the exact status of your delivery.
  • If there are no orders currently placed, but your default delivery information is incorrect, simply click here to access your account information where you can change it accordingly.
  • If there is an order that you placed to an incorrect address, but it has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately here. We will try to remediate the issue as soon as possible!
  • However, please note that if your parcel has already been dispatched and is en-route to the incorrect address, then we are not be able to retrieve the parcel and redirect it to you. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will see what we can do to assist you.

  • Processing: means that we have received your order and we are processing for its delivery the next working day!
  • Out For Delivery: means that your parcel is enroute to your shipping address and it’ll be in your hands very soon!
  • Arrived: means that your parcel has arrived at your designated shipping address and it has been received with a signature. If you still have not received your package even though the status indicates ‘arrived’, please contact our Customer Care Team here and we will sort it out!
  • If your order has not yet been delivered, then the order status on your D’Zage account page should show ‘processing’. This means that the order has been received and is being packaged

Order Issues

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, however we are more than happy to do returns and we will refund you full via the original payment method. Please click here to check our return policies!
  • Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed! The reason is that we always want to make sure your order gets delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing and delivery as soon as we confirm it.
  • Simply check your account page here where you can see the status of your order. If it states ‘processing’ then it means that we have received your order request and we are doing our best to have it dispatched to you as soon as possible!

  • Yes, we are more than happy to accept your returns as long as it is returned to us within 7 working days, and it follows the conditions here!
  • If your return is successful, we aim to refund you the full amount of that item via the original payment method. If the return was unsuccessful, we will immediately contact you and tell you exactly why it was the case and whether or not you’d want us to send it back to you.
  • Please note that if the return was unsuccessful and you wish to keep it anyways, its delivery fee of back to you will be paid at its arrival.
