Free Exchanges and Returns

Each order is eligible for 1 exchange or return. We offer free exchanges where back-and-forth delivery fees will be paid by us to make sure you'll find the right size and style you love! Simply fill in the return and exchange form that arrived with your order and ship the item back to us "Paid At Arrival". Once received, we will process your exchange or return within 3-5 working days. 

The refunded amount from a return will be processed back to your original payment method. In the case of credit or debit cards, the initial payment will be identified as cancelled instead on your month-end summary.

All information provided to our Customer Care Team will be completely confidential and it will be used only to identify your order.

 

Return or Exchange Requirement

Returned merchandise may be refused if it is not in its original condition. This is determined by all the following: Merchandise should not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Merchandise should be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, pin marks. Merchandise should be returned to us with its original packaging with its original tags attached.
