As soon as next-day delivery
We want you to receive your picks as soon as possible. That is why we work to keep over 90% of our pieces in stock at any given time.
If every item in your cart is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as the same day—and no later than two working days.

Pick up your way
Shopping should fit your everyday rhythm. At checkout, simply include your preferred address and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We can deliver to your home, office, convenience store or an SF Locker for collection—so whether you are at home or at work, your order is within reach.
SF Locker and convenience-store collection are currently available for Hong Kong and Macau locations only.

7-day returns & exchanges
Trying something new should feel easy. We offer returns and exchanges within seven days from the date your parcel arrives.
