We deliver to both SF lockers, and door-to-door.

We offer FREE shipping to Hong Kong, and Macao.

*Please note that free shipping will not be applicable for orders with just Intimate Underclothing Items such as Underskirts.

It is important to us that you receive your amazing picks as soon as possible.

This is why we dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! If an order is placed on the above weekdays before 1pm HKT, we will dispatch the items on the day.

Once we have dispatched your order, you should receive your items the very next day!

We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan!

We do have plans to launch in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia soon so stay tuned!

Simply log-in to your account, and navigate to the account page where you can view your order history.

There, you will be able to see your order number, order date, payment status, and fulfillment status! For more info on your order, we will email you whenever there has been an update.

After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us in Hong Kong. After which, we are more than happy to redeliver your order to you.

Take note: Return fees and additional redelivery fees will apply.

Chose the wrong style, colour, or size, no worries! We believe shopping should be easy and stress-free! This is why we offer 7 day free exchanges for all orders~

To process an exchange, simply message us via our website chat or Instagram @dzageofficial. We will cover both the back-and-forth delivery fees, no questions asked.

Each order is entitled to 1 return or exchange request only.

Requirement:

- Please ensure the clothing is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with its hangtag in place.

Notes:

- If the price of the new item is higher than the initial item, the difference will be charged via any of our available payment options.

- If the price of the new item is lower than the initial item, the difference will not be reimbursed.

It is important to us that you love your picks, this is why we offer 7-day money-back guarantee!

For returns, the returning delivery fee will not be covered. For exchanges, we will cover both the delivery fees. Scroll up to see our exchange policy.

Once the return has been processed, the refunded amount will be transferred to the original payment method within 3 working days. If the order was placed via credit card, the original payment will be cancelled.

Requirement:

- Please ensure the clothing is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with its hangtag in place.

Notes:

- If returning an item from your order would result in the order not meeting a promotions minimum spending requirement, the enjoyed discount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Example: If your order totals HKD600 thus enjoyed HKD100 Off, and you decide to return a HKD250 Item from your order, we will refund HKD150 via your original payment method.

Terms of Use:

1. Gift Cards are valid for 1 year, from the date of delivery

2. Gift Cards are redeemable on merchandise at dzage.com

3. Gift Cards can't be returned or refunded after purchase.

4. There will be no replacement of the Gift Card if it's lost, stolen or destroyed.
